Karori United is one of Wellington's largest tennis clubs, with more than 400 members regularly socialising and competing on our 3 modern plexipave courts. We're a great choice for those just seeking fun through to club and interclub competition, and have excellent coaches available when you need. Karori United has been a regular recipient of the "Club of the Year" award over the past decade.
Karori United has senior, midweek and junior members. The senior members participate in regular club days as well as competitive interclub teams. Our Midweek section is very active with a number of activities for parents wanting to get back into tennis, as well as having a number of interclub teams. The junior members are regularly involved in the extensive coaching programme run by Premier Coaching, as well as making up a large proportion of the junior interclub teams in the Wellington region. Our annual subscriptions are very competitive too.
Coaching with Premier Tennis
Coaching at Karori United is run by Premier Tennis. The two head coaches of Premier Tennis are Marc Paulik and Jacob Emery. Marc has been involved coaching at Karori United for a number of years and was also named Wellington's Men's Region Interclub Player of the Year for the third year in a row. This year he has teamed up with Jacob and they are offering an exciting new programme.
Full details of the coaching offered can be found on the Coaching webpage.
