Court Booking System

At this stage, our court booking system is very much a manual affair.  It consists of a ringbinder just inside the front door of the Club.  The ringbinder contains a page per week, per court.  It details the times that the courts are reserved for coaching and other scheduled Club activities.  All other times are blank.  These times are available for members to book, and all court bookings have priority over casual play.  Because of the pressure on the courts, we ask that when you book times, these are limited to 1 hour at a time.

Night Play is available

Depending on availability, the courts can be used at night.  The courts have floodlights which can be turned on from the switchboard inside the door of the Clubhouse.  The Committee has decided that because of the pressure on the courts in daylight hours, that the lights will be free to operate over summer - so you won't have to put coins in to keep them going.  Please note that the lights have an automatic cut-off of 10pm - a condition of the resource consent for the lights.

Indicative court availability

During Term 4 while coaching is on, the following will give you a general idea of when the courts are free.  If you want to book a time, you will need to go down to the Club to do so to book the actual court for the actual date and time.
