Midweek Tennis holds a number of different tournaments during the year.
Melbourne Cup Tournament
Tuesday 1st November - cancelled if wet
Enjoy a fun tennis tournament with a Melbourne Cup theme!

Tuesday 15th November (pp 22nd Nov)
This tournament is played in November. This is a 'top and tail' tournament where more experienced players are paired with newer players.
This Memorial Cup is in memory of a Karori resident and tennis player who, along with her family, died in an air accident while returning from Nelson.
Rosebowl, Murgatroyd Plate & Val Dickson Cup
2012 date tba.
The Rosebowl and Murgatroyd Plate tournament is played in March. This is a handicapped tournament suitable for interclub and more experienced players. The tournament starts at 9.00 and players must be prepared for a late finish. We are unable to cater for children at this event due to numbers playing.
The Val Dickson Cup, also played in March, is suitable for social players and is usually a smaller tournament. Children are welcome. Val Dickson, an Australian who played and thoroughly enjoyed her time at the club donated the Cup to the Club.
Members are only allowed to enter one of these competitions.
